Badaam Kulfi is almond ice cream the slow way: dense, hand packed into moulds, and frozen overnight in earthen pots. The kind of thing that only exists in summer, only tastes right on a hot afternoon, and only comes in that specific shade of warm cream. The Kulfi Badaam wears those tones with the same unhurried confidence.
